Abstract
Cubane-type aqua complexes of molybdenum−nickel sulfide (hydrogen bond donors) form in aqueous solutions of HCl and in the presence of the organic cavitand cucurbituril (acceptor) hydrolytically stable supramolecular solid-state compounds.
