Nanowire arrays of crystalline [(CH3)4N][Ni(dmit)2]2 have been fabricated by a galvanostatic electrochemicaldeposition method using anodic aluminum oxide as the template. A nanopearl chain structure associated withthe oscillation of the voltage during the electrochemical deposition process was investigated. These nanowirearrays are highly textured as determined by XRD. The preliminary results show that the conductivities of thenanowires are in the semiconductor range.
