| - Les politiques de recherche et d’innovation engendrent une nouvelle carte du monde, une conception et une pratique nouvelle de l’hégémonie, encore peu étudiées. Cette concurrence pour la puissance est d’une grande violence. Elle exprime un nouveau type de pouvoir ; elle déstructure les systèmes économiques, politiques et sociaux.
- Geostrategy of Research and Innovation. Research and innovation policies are redrawing the map of the world and establishing a new theory and practice of hegemony, which have so far been little investigated. Competition for power is intense and violent. It expresses a new type of power that is overturning economic, political and social systems across the world.
