| - Résumé. La littérature en contrôle de gestion montre que l’appropriation d’outils de contrôle de gestion par les managers commerciaux est parfois difficile, et que le contrôle de gestion peut souffrir d’un manque d’intégration de la part des fonctions commerciales. En s’appuyant sur les résultats d’une recherche-intervention, l’article propose quatre principes favorisant l’intégration d’un système contrôle de gestion au sein d’une fonction commerciale.
- Abstract. The literature in the field of control has shown that sales managers are sometimes reluctant to use tools of management control. Thus, management control systems may suffer from a lack of integration within sales functions. Through the evidence from an intervention-research, the article identifies four principals for sustaining the integration of a management control system within a sales function.
