| Abstract
| - Europe is unable to cope with current geopolitical changes that have been accelerated by the health crisis. Although the country continues to make considerable effort on defence, France needs a stronger and more willing Union which must take into account the importance of security through investment to preserve its freedom.
- L’Europe n’est pas à la hauteur des changements géopolitiques actuels, accélérés par la crise sanitaire. La France, qui maintient malgré tout un effort de défense conséquent, a besoin d’une union plus forte et volontaire qui doit comprendre l’importance de la sécurité, en investissant pour préserver ses libertés.
