| Abstract
| - Towards a democratic interpretation of partnership in education. Establishing partnerships is certainly a fine idea. It can be observed in the last few years in all segments of society and constitutes the thread running through official texts. It represents a strong conception of the relationship between social actors and formal organizations. In the context of education, the problem of the bonds between the school, teachers, pupils and their families is also nourished with the idea of partnership. However, establishing relational bonds within an educational system requires the initial identification of the goals and the stakes involved in such relational configurations. How distinct is the partnership between the school and other social actors from that of the goals and organizational modes of other structures in modern democracies?
- Résumé. Quelle belle idée que celle du partenariat. Celle-ci se décline depuis quelques années dans toutes les sphères de la société, habite et traverse la plupart des textes officiels traduisant ainsi une conception forte des relations entre les acteurs d’une part, entre les organisations d’autre part. Sur le plan éducatif, la problématique des liens entre l’école, les enseignants, les élèves et leurs familles se trouve elle-aussi nourrie de l’idée de partenariat. Or, instaurer, au sein d’un dispositif éducatif, des relations de type partenarial nécessite d’identifier préalablement les finalités et les enjeux d’une telle configuration relationnelle. Dans quelle mesure le partenariat entre l’école et les autres acteurs sociaux n’interroge-t-il pas aussi la finalité et les modes d’organisation des démocraties modernes?
