Abstract
| - Authors' Synopsis. Using a technique of 133Xenon clearance, the effect of intravenous dipyridamole, 0·5 mg/kg body weight, on anastomotic blood flow was determined on each of 10 days following experimental myocardial infarction in the dog. There was little effect at 2 hr, but after 24 hr there was an increase in the mean clearance rate, which was greater after 48 hr, and persisted to the tenth day.
