Abstract	The exploitation of prejudice for political ends can be found in many parts of the world today. Here is an essay on Hitler's use of anti-Semitism. This article was written before the author had read C. W. Cassinelli's “Totalitarianism, Ideology, and Propaganda” in the Journal of Politics for February 1960. Dr. Cassinelli's conclusions appear to support the validity of the approach taken here.
