In crisis situations, the behavior of a decision-maker is inevitably influenced by the constraints of its environment. An empirical study, based on a serious game, conducted among 72 individuals, shows that the performance and capacity to transfer the skills back to individuals depend on their acute stress, prevention strategies carry out and also the degree of transformation of knowledge and know-how into routines. En situation de crise, le comportement d’un décideur est inévitablement influencé par les contraintes de son environnement. Une étude empirique, reposant sur un serious game, menée auprès de 72 individus, démontre que la performance et la capacité de restitution des compétences acquises par les individus dépendent de leur niveau de stress aigu, des stratégies de prévention mises en place et du degré de transformation des savoirs et savoir-faire en routines.
