In TV interviews, discursive uses - evident and suitable for a spontaneus conversation - are reassessed, the participants’ identities being modified by the role that they are induced to play in the media conversation. Otherwise, in a communication position, the relations between participants may change depending on the discourse. Thus the purpose consists of questioning the influence that the interviewed participants’ gender exerts on the discourse, while looking into how the discourse of the people to which the participants speak changes in accordance with the particpants’ gender. One can approach this question from several angles : for example, in focusing on the mediator’s or on the guests’ gender. In that context, one can observe the difference between the discourse of men and women, the way that one addresses to women and to men, and finally, the way that one talks about men and about women. This contribution brings to light the discursive practices of male moderators faced to two political women or to one male and one female. It looks into the way that men speak to women and introduce them ; it develops the politcal women’s positioning and the qualities that one chooses to show ; its studies the guests’ commentaries on the discourse of the male interviewers, and considers to which extent the agenda is influenced by the presence of political women in the studio. Finally, the contribution brings to the fore the Czech language’s impact on the discourse of, with and on women. Dans l’interview télévisée, les usages discursifs - évidents et convenables dans un dialogue spontané - sont réévalués, les identités des participants étant modifiées par les rôles que ces derniers sont amenés à jouer dans le dialogue médiatique. Par ailleurs, dans une situation de communication, les relations entre participants peuvent changer en fonction du discours. Le propos consiste donc à s’interroger sur l’influence que le genre des participants à l’interview exerce sur le discours, et à examiner comment le discours des interlocuteurs change en fonction du genre des participants. On peut aborder cette question selon plusieurs angles : par exemple, en se concentrant sur le genre du médiateur, ou sur celui des invités. Aussi peut-on observer la différence entre le discours des hommes et celui des femmes, la manière dont on s’adresse aux femmes et celle dont on s’adresse aux hommes, et finalement, la manière dont on parle des uns et celle dont on parle des autres. Cette contribution met en lumière les pratiques discursives des modérateurs masculins face à deux femmes politiques ou à un homme et une femme. Elle examine la façon dont les hommes s’adressent aux femmes et les introduisent ; elle met en valeur le positionnement des femmes politiques et les qualités qu’on choisit de mettre en avant ; elle étudie les commentaires des invitées sur le discours des intervieweurs masculins, et envisage dans quelle mesure l’ordre du jour est influencé par la présence des femmes politiques dans le studio. Enfin, est mis en évidence l’impact de la langue tchèque sur le discours par, avec et sur les femmes.
