| - From change to transformation. In 60 years, change management has become a managerial object having its theories, models, processes, tools and skills. Facing an exponential increase in change needs and initiatives, organizations now need to think in terms of transformation to drive every change projects with a goal of anchoring and developing change capacity. Directions of Transformation are created in many organizations as a response to this context.
